Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's mother, is taking the baby mother of sons Randy and Jermaine Jackson, Alejandra Jackson, to court Tuesday to evict her from the estate. Custody over the estate is being discussed by more than just Katherine. Latoya Jackson, MJ's sister could possibly be entitled to the estate as well if legal docs can prove she had joint tenancy with her brother.
