Lindsay Lohan has begun to realize she can not avoid jail time; even though she was adamant about not taking a plea because she does not feel she did anything wrong, she is now considering a plea for three months jail time. The three months would dwindle down to 19 days due to jail over crowding, said TMZ reporters.
However, if Lohan does not take a plea she could be sentenced more than a year because of parole violation, plus prison time for the felony grand theft, TMZ reported.
